Vacuum-dynamic and acoustic test complex
Designed for vacuum and zero-gravity tests of full-scale separation systems of missile stages, spacecraft, dynamic tests of equipment, acoustic tests of products.
The complex comprises:
- A vacuum-dynamic stand. Vacuum chamber volume - 6,000 m3, vacuum chamber height - 70 m, working section - 50 m, vacuum chamber diameter - 10 m, opening for equipment to be tested - 5 х 10 m, vacuum depth limit - 10-3 mm Hg, zero gravity time - 3 s, air evacuation time to 0.1 mmHg - 8 hours, weight of equipment to be tested - up to 40 t, traveling crane load capacity - 50 t.
- A small vacuum chamber. Vacuum chamber volume - 5 m3, vacuum depth limit - 10-5 mm Hg, diameter - 1.6 m, cylindrical part length - 1.9 m, time to evacuate air to vacuum limit - 100 min.
- An acoustic reverberation chamber. Chamber volume - 120 m3, dimensions (width х length х height) 3.92 х 4.92 х 6.22 m, max sound pressure level - 158 dB, frequency range - 50...20,000 Hz, controllability of spectrum in 1/3-octave bandwidth – 63...1,000 Hz, loading doors (width х height) – 2.6 х 3.4 m.
